Paragraph 1
Friendship
A cordial
relation between two persons is called friendship. It is a strong bond of mind.
A real friend is better than anything. It is a great blessing in our life. But
it is very difficult to find a good and real friend. We have many friends but
only a few of them can be called good ones who stand by us in our weal and woe.
Most of our friends are fair weather friends. They come to us in our good time
and leave us in distress. So we must be very careful in making friendship.
Friendship must be established on the basis of similar taste, feelings and
ideology. It should be grown out of sincere love and respect for each other.
Boyhood and youth are the best time for making friendship. It has a great
impact on our life and character. A good friend makes us happy. On the contrary
a bad friend leads us to hell. Friends broaden our mind and refine our mode of
life. So, we should avoid the company of false and evil friends.
A Tea Stall
A tea stall
is a common sight either in a town or in a village hat. In towns there are
innumerable tea stalls. There is at least one at almost every street corner.
Tea has now become the most popular drink. A tea stall opens early in the
morning. It is kept open till late hours at night. So, one can have tea any
time form morning till midnight. A tea stall is a place where friends can meet
as in a club. Various discussions are held in a tea stall even about the
political situation of the country and worldwide. People argue to establish
their opinions. So, it is called the ‘Mini Sangsad’. For this they need not pay
anything. A tea stall contains a few tables and tools or chairs to sit the
customers. There are a few cups and plates, an almirah with glass. In the
almirah there are different kinds of snacks or biscuits or sweetmeats to sell
on demand. A well decorated tea stall is of great service but an ill decorated
one may cause ill-health by spreading diseases. Despite of some demerits, it is
also an important place for tea thirsty people and this importance may not be
denied.
Environment Pollution
Environment means the surrounding of us relating to everything like air, water, land, trees and other natural forces. Our environment is being polluted by various kinds of pollution like water, air and sound pollution. We know air is an important element of our environment and it is polluted by smoke and different kinds of poisonous gases. Water is polluted by throwing waste, chemical fertilizer. Sound is polluted when it is used beyond its capable power. Man makes fires to cook food, make bricks and do many other things. Fires create smoke and pollute the air. Mills and factories also throw their poisonous chemicals and waste products into rivers and thus pollute the water. Environmental pollution is injurious because it affects human lives and the world very dangerously. In order to keep our environment free form pollution we have to take some effective steps. We have to stop cutting down the trees. We should keep the water clean. So, all of us should come forward to prevent all kinds of pollution to ensure a healthier and happier life for all.My Loving Country: Bangladesh/My Homeland
